“Frequencies Movie,” also known as “OXV: The Manual,” is set in a world where human worth and emotional connections are determined by individual “frequencies”. The film follows the life of Zak, also known as Isaac-Newton Midgeley.

In this society, higher frequencies signify better luck and success, but at the cost of reduced emotional sensitivity. Zak, a Low Born individual, aspires to change his fate and develop a relationship with Marie-Curie Fortune, a High Born savant.
