About Lesson
Gratitude is a two-way flow of appreciation between your thanks and the enhanced reaction you feel in return. In our meditation today, we start that conversation, and as it expands we create more thanks.
We will learn how nature receives the outpouring of gratitude from the heart in the same spirit that was given to it, and how it returns to us as a blessing.
In today’s meditation, we learn to express gratitude from the silence of our awareness, which is the source of the grace within.
Gratitude is the experience of our true self.
