In today’s meditation, we learn how to recharge our batteries of gratitude. If we are tired, upset, or stressed, our heart is closed and we cannot feel or express true gratitude. True gratitude comes from feeling content, safe, and welcome in your life, what the Buddha called a “joyful heart.”
When we meditate, the natural energy of gratitude awakens. Our purpose in meditation is to invite this warm attitude of appreciation into our awareness and awareness. And with this renewed heart of thanksgiving, we will find a reason to be grateful wherever we look.
There is a unique power in gratitude. It is an energy that lifts and expands you and takes you deeper into your heart.
